HOW HAVE WE GOT IT?
We share some of the actions that have had the greatest impact on this Google Ads account when it comes to increasing leads and lowering the CPL with the same investment:

Add negative keywordss on a daily basis based on the least qualified searches we identified in the search term report.

Add qualifiers in the ads to avoid clicks from people looking for loans or credits, since that user profile generated inefficient spending as it was not our target audience.

Change to TargetCPA bid strategy to teach the google algorithm what is the maximum CPL that we can assume.

Create new ad groups with high thematic and semantic relevance to increase Quality Score, which helped us improve positioning.

Price extensions to avoid receiving clicks from users not willing to pay the costs of the service.
