One of the main franchised real estate agencies in Barcelona specialized in buying and selling properties. Their search campaigns weren't getting enough owner leads, so they contacted us to optimize them and help them get more qualified leads.

RESULTS OBTAINED

We managed to profitably scale the campaigns of the different real estate franchises of the agency, multiplying the volume of qualified leads each month at a more efficient cost.

HOW HAVE WE GOT IT?

We share some of the actions that have had the greatest impact on this Google Ads account when it comes to increasing leads and lowering the CPL:

  • Introducing automated conversion-based bidding (Maximize Conversions and Target CPA) to take advantage of real-time signals identified by Google's algorithm.

  • Combined audiences of owners with specific interests to improve traffic qualification.

  • Attribution improvements through new GTM events to measure all user steps before converting, and exclude parameters that were spending without generating leads.

  • Ad customizers to improve the relevance of ads to searches, and thus have a higher CTR than the competition.

  • Account-level negative keyword lists to have full control of the traffic we receive and block any low-qualified searches.
